PROJECT SERVICES

Unilumin service tasks, arranged by project stage

Use a short, ordered service list to move from an incomplete room brief to a reviewable display system and a repeatable handover record.

01

Application qualification

Provide active wall dimensions, minimum and typical viewing distances, ambient-light condition, critical content size and expected daily operating hours. The qualification step flags whether the request needs fine-pitch indoor, large-format indoor, outdoor or cinema-specific review. It also separates stated requirements from open assumptions so the first quotation is not compared against a different cabinet matrix or test scope.

Output
Recorded input sheet and open-decision list
Boundary
No model performance is assumed before a current series datasheet is reviewed.
02

System and cabinet coordination

Translate the active image into cabinet rows, columns, native resolution and processing load. Mechanical checks cover mounting datum, wall flatness, front or rear access, module extraction clearance, floor or structural loading and heat rejection. Electrical checks record feed capacity, branch protection, power density and any required redundancy. The result is a coordination basis for the AV consultant, structural engineer and installation team.

Output
Canvas map, interface checklist and service-access sketch
Boundary
Final structural and electrical design remains subject to licensed project disciplines.
03

Factory verification planning

Agree the warm-up period, source format, native-resolution patterns, measurement zones and pass criteria before inspection. Suggested fields include full white, black, low-gray steps, gradients, fine text and motion. Camera-facing projects add shutter-speed and refresh interaction checks. Because luminance, color and uniformity change with settings and environment, recorded test conditions are part of every result.

Output
Witness checklist with named conditions and evidence fields
Boundary
Indicative planning ranges never replace product-specific certified documentation.
04

Site commissioning and handover

Verify source routing, cabinet addressing, calibration state, brightness scenes and recovery steps using representative content. Where backup signal or power paths are specified, the commissioning sequence exercises failure and restoration rather than checking presence alone. Handover groups controller files, firmware references, measured baseline, spare-module locations and escalation contacts in one service record.

Output
Signed acceptance record and configuration archive
Boundary
Site conditions that differ from the approved brief trigger revalidation.
